Western Europe Grand Tour · 11 nights
Germany. The Netherlands. France. Switzerland. One Continuous Journey.
This itinerary follows a route that has defined European travel for over a century: the classic crossing from Germany through the Low Countries into France, before turning south into the Alps. Frankfurt is the entry point. Hamburg, reached by a 3.5-hour train, offers a different Germany: maritime, mercantile, defined by the Elbe. Amsterdam follows with three nights of canals and cycling culture. Paris needs no introduction; two nights touch its essentials. Zurich and the Swiss Alps close the journey, powered by a Swiss Travel Pass, unlocking Lucerne, the Bernese Oberland, and the high mountain world above it all.

Day by day
European rail is fast, comfortable, and scenic, and travelling this way across four countries is, for many guests, as memorable as the destinations themselves.
Most operate as Hop-on Hop-off passes or SIC excursions, standard practice across European touring. All transfers (airport, train station, inter-hotel) are private.
Strictly subject to availability, especially in peak season. Where unavailable, we substitute Montparnasse Tower, which offers comparable panoramic views including the Eiffel Tower itself.
Yes. The Frankfurt-Hamburg opening can be trimmed; the Swiss chapter can be extended. Speak to our specialists about customising the sequence.
